About Me

I am a queer, white, cisgender woman. I believe identity is important, ever-changing, and intersectional. I often bring humor into sessions and may sometimes share with you things about my life, like a hobby I’m into or an event I feel excited about. I may introduce you to my pets during virtual sessions, or ask you to introduce me to yours.

Therapy can be as fun as it can be challenging, and everything in between. As your therapist, I will keep the focus on you but I will be a real person who you can build a connection with. I bring my full authentic self to our sessions. While we may have challenging or uncomfortable moments, my promise is that I will be present to hold space for you as we navigate the ebbs and flows of healing and self-discovery.

My ultimate goal is for you to thrive in whatever ways are important to you. I encourage you to bring up any questions or concerns you have at any point in the process. I will keep an open mind and expect you to do the same.
